Anxiety VS Depression (Know the difference)

Anxiety:

Your mind is overthinking about too many things all at once, which creates constant worry for you to handle.

When it creates constant worry, you then develop a habit of keep repeating these thoughts over and over again in your head, as you make it out to be your fault and therefore, you HAVE to do something about it that you cannot change.

Depression:

Your mind suddenly becomes trapped in a dark and gloomy hole, which is full of bad thoughts that intend to make you miserable.

Whilst experiencing this, you start to feel less interested about something you love doing which always makes you happy, even more so with not wanting to eat anything. (Loss of appetite)
